Hello! Firstly, thanks for taking the time to check out our little apparel business, we appreciate your support through these early stages, so many exciting things to come.
A little about us:
We are Jess and Jack from Nunda Ya Business also known as NYB Apparel. For those of you that aren't already familiar with us, we originally started this journey on YouTube. Our channel Nunda Ya Business is the quickest way to get to know what we stand for and what we are about, not to mention our quirky sense of humour. NYB Apparel was created through many brainstorming sessions on the road or in the boat whilst exploring the WA coast. Many laughs and sketches later and we've finally made it happen.
About NYB Apparel:
Full disclosure we are always learning and trying our best, in this particular journey we learned starting up a company is not easy... Please be patient with us while we get up and running and navigate through the teething issues. Something we've wanted to prioritise for our business is sourcing our products through other Australian companies, this does mean during the early stages we have limited products but are exploring more avenues for the future. We've now fully taken over fulfilment of all orders and are running the business from home so we can offer better prices and quality checks. However, as this business is our side gig and we are both still working full time please allow for the fulfilment times, you can expect the process time to range from 5-9 days manufacturing, plus additional time for postage. keep this in mind if your ordering gifts for certain dates or if you have reached out to us, we will get to you as soon as we can. If you're after something in particular that is out of stock, just reach out and we should be able to organise it, as we now fulfill our own orders, we don't always have premade products available but most can be easily whipped up for you.
